Technical information:
Wall thickness: 1,8-2,1 mm
Inner hose: polyester polyurethane with addition of flame protector
Cover hose: polyester polyurethane with addition of flame protector
Reinforcement: spring steel wire
Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C. (intermittent to +125°C)
Applications: special hose for highly abrasive material, hose for transporting difficult materials such as sand, gravel, grain. Loading and transport hose for glass works, mine treatment, steel works, quarries, ships and docks, cement works. Handling and loading equipment, protection hose against mechanical pressure. It is specially designed to ship abrasive problematic materials in transportation and loading equipments in sand, fine sand, gravel, grain, loading / cleaning in glass factories, metal processing factories, steel factories, quarries, shipyards, ports and cement factories.
Benefits: Extremely resistant to abrasive solid-liquid-gases, very high vacuum and pressure resistance, very durable spiral wire. High abrasion resistant, long service life, almost smooth inner surface, optimum flow characteristics. Resistant to oil and fuels, high chemical resistance, high vacuum and bursting power. UV and Ozone resistant, enormously resistant to seasonal changes and weather conditions.
