Tank truck couplings
Tanker truck couplings or also TW couplings are standardised to EN 14420-6 (previously DIN 28450) and interchangeable throughout Europe. The Tankwagon is a 2 part coupling, which is made of a “MK”-part(female) and a “VK”-part(male). The “MK”part consist of a clamping ring and a crown ring. The couplings have no valves and have a large free flow area with 50, 80 or 100 mm nominal width.
