Description
Polyurethane hoses non-flammable and resistant to abrasion. Transport hose for abrasive solids in fire risk areas, woodworking machines, exhaust equipment in woodworking industries, protection hose against mechanical loadings.
Technical information:
- Wall thickness: 0,9-1,2 mm
- Inner hose: polyester polyurethane with addition of flame protector
- Cover hose: polyester polyurethane with addition of flame protector
- Reinforcement: spring steel wire
- Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C. (intermittent to +125°C)
- Applications: suction and transport hose for abrasive solids in fire risk areas, standard hose for industrial vacuum cleaners, transport of granules, transport of chips, suction and transport of paper fibres, oil spray extraction, protection hose against mechanical pressure.
- Benefits: highly abrasion resistant, resistant to oil and fuels, gas tight, good chemical resistance, resistant to solvents, free of halogens and plastizisers, generally good UV and ozone resistance, very flexible, reduced weight, small bend radius, improved pressure and vacuum characteristics, high tensile and burst strength, nearly smooth inside, optimum flow characteristics. acc. to TRBS 2153 suitable for non-combustible dusts/bulk goods and gases/liquids of low conductivity. Spiral ends shall be earthed at both sides to ensure static dissipation, static dissipation, RoHS compliant.
