Description
Polyurethane hoses non-flammable and resistant to abrasion. Transport hose for abrasive solids in fire risk areas, woodworking machines, exhaust equipment in woodworking industries, protection hose against mechanical loadings.
Technical information:
- Wall thickness: 0,6-0,7 mm
- Inner hose: polyester polyurethane with addition of flame protector
- Cover hose: polyester polyurethane with addition of flame protector
- Reinforcement: spring steel wire
- Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C. (intermittent to +125°C)
- Applications: transport hose for abrasive solids in fire risk areas, woodworking machines, exhaust equipment in woodworking industries, protection hose against mechanical loadings.
- Benefits: in comparison with polyether polyurethane more abrasion resistant, acc. to DIN 53516. Conform to the requirements of the World Professional Woodworking Association. Hardly inflammable acc. to DIN 4102 B1, extremely flexible, super lightweight, small bend radius, high tensile and tear strength, highly abrasion resistant, continually kink proof, compressable down to 20%, solvents, oil and fuels resistant, gas tight, free of plastizisers and halogens, generally good UV and ozone resistance, nearly smooth inside, optimum flow characteristics, acc. to TRBS 2153 suitable for non-combustible dusts/bulk goods and gases/liquids of low conductivity. Spiral ends shall be earthed at both sides to ensure static dissipation, RoHS compliant.
