Description
Ultra-flexible polyurethane hose for the food industry for the transportation of light solids (such as grains, food products), as well as air and some industrial gases. Widely used in industry (agriculture).
Technical information:
- Wall thickness: 0.5-0.9 mm.
- Inner hose: clear polyurethane, corrugated.
- Cover hose: transparent polyurethane, corrugated.
- Reinforcement: (SS) stainless steel wire.
- Temperature range: from -40°C to +90°C (short-term up to +125C°).
- Application: Used in food, ventilation, medicine, chemical and other industries.
- Benefits: thanks to the properties of polyurethane, this hose is resistant to bacteria and hydrolysis. The hose complies with the following food regulations - FDA 21 CFR §177.2600; - FDA 21 CFR §178.2010. Very resistant to friction, tasteless and odorless, extremely flexible, high resistance to stretching and tearing. UV and ozone resistance, good chemical resistance.
